If coaching is not suitable for an organization, these fast, effective and affordable specialized programs are designed to provide expertise for smaller healthcare organizations who might not have the resources for traditional brand consulting. Each of these programs start at under $10,000:
After a series of conference calls with the marketing team and/or senior management, and a preliminary review of current marketing materials and other key documents, Tom Douglis and a senior associate will spend a day at the client offices to examine and discuss current or emerging brand strategy, and provide a detailed report with basic recommendations.
If the organization already has a brand strategy and needs to sharpen it against competitors, or if the brand strategy development is just beginning, this one-day competitive positioning workshop will help drive consensus and establish opportunities. Tom Douglis and a senior associate will lead a full-day workshop with senior management at the client site to achieve consensus on a single positioning direction that is ready for market testing and/or market implementation.
Third-party expert eyes are best for analyzing and critiquing current brand execution from a visual and messaging standpoint. After a preparatory conference call, the client team will gather a sampling of marketing materials for review by the Douglis Group against key brand criteria. The Douglis Group will then stage a 1/2 day workshop at the client site to review findings and present opportunities for improvement.
